Our Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Air Tube Replacements (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Awning Pegs (if used, due to potential damage and wear)
  • Any used camping equipment that is considered a personal hygiene item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a faulty product). Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Refund Timing and Method

After we receive and approve your return:

  • Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
