Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: We do not currently ship to some parts of Asia and select remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy is here to help.
Our Returns Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Air Tube Replacements (due to hygiene reasons)
- Awning Pegs (if used, due to potential damage and wear)
- Any used camping equipment that is considered a personal hygiene item
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a faulty product). Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
Refund Timing and Method
After we receive and approve your return:
- Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on their processing times. For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item as soon as the return is approved.
