We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that the colours shown on your screen may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

All product descriptions are provided in good faith, but we do not warrant that they are completely error-free.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will occur when we dispatch your goods.

Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is taken at the time of order placement. Your card will be charged when we dispatch your order.

Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch. We currently do not ship to some parts of Asia and select remote regions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described:

• Air Tube Replacements (due to hygiene reasons)
• Awning Pegs (if used, due to potential damage and wear)
• Any used camping equipment that is considered a personal hygiene item

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window with your order number and return details
2. Wait for our reply with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
3. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide using a tracked service
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
